The principals of Quantum Management have over 30 years of experience in association
management.  Managing properties from 6 units to over 400 units. These associations
represent single family homes, townhomes, condominiums, high rise buildings and
multiple use buildings.

In addition to association management, we have experience in finance.  One of the
managing principal, has been a corporate controller for an international food company
employing over 3,500 world wide, chief financial officer for a manufacturing company,
owner and operator of an accounting firm whose clients were solely referred by one of the
then “Big 8” accounting firms, as well as manager of a workers compensation firm.  This
background provides diversity in both management and finance.

The designations of PCAM, AMS, and CMCA are held by one of the principal of the
company.  These are designations received from the Community Association Institute
(CAI).  This is a national organization for Homeowners Association.  ECHO is the
counterpart for Northern California.  Quantum Management is dedicated to continuing
education offered by both CAI and ECHO.  

The supporting staff members that will be available to help manage your property are
highly qualified and educated.   We also have consultant services from a well respected
risk manager and insurance expert. In addition, Pinnacle Construction is the maintenance
department that is part of the organization.
